I Want the Wisdom, But Not the Information

        These pictures aren't great.
The lighting was not ideal,
but we're going to go with it anyway...

Quick, twisted half updo, just for fun.

Take one section on one side after parting your hair and start twisting it. As you got back add more hair. The idea is a french braid way of picking up hair and adding as you go, but twisting your locks instead.

Once you've added as much as you want up from that side continue the twist without adding more hair. The twist will naturally start to circle around itself. Go with that natural circle and pin this back.

Now, from the other side take a small section and brush it back to where it is smooth. Pin this piece underneath the twisted bun on the side you started.
Spray and style the hair that is still down however you feel...

 Purple Tights!
I really liked the idea of a loose sleeveless dress blouse with a tight long sleeved off the shoulder shirt. A little fun, a little dressy. The long sleeved shirt should have probably been a different material, but this is what I went with at the time.

Lola the lomo

Meet Lola.

LOMOGRAPHY!
Slow film in a plastic camera that produces double exposures, pinholes, time exposures, and other radical photo opportunities.
Most of these shots are redscale film from Urban Outfitters.

Gonna Tangle My Feet Over The Wire

Combat boots that I love.
From: Zappos
Jeggings: Ann Taylor Loft
striped tank: Dillards
red coat: Dillards

Contrasting the form fitting jeggings and the slender boots, the flowy tank and puffy red jacket emphasize the legs. The loose garments on top make the outfit not seem too tight.

Sneak peaks of my dorm room in the back ground. You can tell things are crazy because my room isn't spotless at the time I took these shots.
              GO VOLS!

A shot to show how I did my bangs. Loosely tied back so that they can fall softly.

Ideally, I would have sprayed my bangs, let them sit for a bit then taken that bobby pin out.

To begin, I scrunched my hair while it was wet to give it this textured look and feel. Then once it dried, pull up half of it as if to do a half pony tail, but then loosely twist it and bunch the twist on top of itself. Leaving the ends of your hair sticking out, bobby pin the pivotal points of the messy bun.
